To unlock all the functionality of MyFRITZ!App, you need to ensure that your FRITZ!Box is updated with FRITZ!OS version 7.39 or higher. Additionally, for remote access, your FRITZ!Box must have an active internet connection and a public IPv4 address.

For users managing more than one FRITZ!Box or needing to switch devices, the software provides a straightforward re-login process that is accessible through the settings once you're connected to the appropriate Wi-Fi network. In instances where remote connection to your FRITZ!Box is not possible, check the settings to confirm the "Enable use from on the go" feature is activated, and if necessary, adjust your device's battery manager settings for proper functioning.

The platform stores up to the last 400 messages across all types, utilizing a search function to help you navigate through older entries. Over time, the oldest messages will be removed automatically to make space for new ones.
